PDX motors was awesome! We met Art on the lot and he was pleasant and easy to work with. I was looking to help my daughter buy her first vehicle and she fell in love with a Nissan Xterra they had up for sell. Art was more than helpful through the process, with a few set backs on our part but he continued to work with us to get the best financing possible and we drove away in the Xterra. PDX Motors let us get the vehicle inspected and then Art introduced me to Daniel to which he was Awesome as well. Quick to respond and he addressed the couple minor things. Worked with my daughters schedule and got them fixed in a half day. Thank so much Art and Daniel!! Definitely recommend and I'm sure we will purchase from them again! Top Notch! ????

We visited several other dealers before we rediscovered our friends at PDX Motors. They were open and helped us achieve a win/win with our trade-in and purchase. Sales staff were professional and of a high character. Daniel, their mechanic, came thru big time after our purchase and ensured they stood fully behind an issue we had identified before the sale. He went the extra mile and made sure we were very happy with our Jeep. He worked hard to diagnose and make the repairs quickly to meet our schedule. It’s good to have friends I can trust, with good taste in vehicles. Looking forward to our next purchase!

I had spent quite some time shopping for the right fit in a vehicle. So when I came for a test drive, I was highly skeptical and had low expectations, for my own peace of mind. My plan was to take the car to the Toyota dealership for an inspection. When I arrived to PDX motors, the keys were handed to me and I immediately got the go-ahead to take the car wherever and just have it back by the end of the day. I was anxious about the inspection process, but they made it so easy. Immediate green flag! The inspection passed with flying colors. Now was time for the fun part: the potential financing process. There were some stipulations I wanted before I agreed to buy the car, it was a 2012 and had some old fuses & I noticed a broken speaker. Jared met me halfway/ all the way on everything. There is a dealer fee added to the OTD price which felt a bit like a bait and switch, but nevertheless, expected. I was able to get an amazing interest rate (with excellent credit) thru one of the credit unions associated with PDX motors. That was my personal deciding factor on whether to buy the car or not. Once the deal was made, we signed the paperwork, made the down payment and I drove off with my new SUV. They also took my roof basket off my trade-in and installed it on my new car! A couple days later I came in to resolve those minor issues, and now I have a vehicle and dealership experience that I am very pleased with. I would like to note too, that I am a 20-something-year-old gal. If you have ever had to shop for a car as a woman, you know it can be really difficult to be treated fairly. My advice to you is to know your stuff so you can stand your ground where needed. And if you see a car you like at PDX motors, don’t hesitate to inquire.
