2020 Land Rover Defender HSE

July 9th, 2024, morning service drop off. Friendly team, a gentleman by the name of John greeted me and felt genuinely kind. They also organized a ride to work so that I can continue my day.

Our experience with Karl Malone Toyota was outstanding from my first phone call regarding a vehicle I found online (Leon was pleasant and helpful right away), the vehicle being ready for our test drive, to Matt the Sales Manager and Eric in Finance. Everyone was honest, genuine, & professional. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Bronson and Nick were amazing to work with. Very professional, up front, and genuine. I wasn't certain what I wanted or needed. Bronson asked me my price range and what key features I was wanting. He was able to pull three vehicles that he thought I would like best. And I fell in love with the third choice! Nick was unlike any other finance manager I had spoken to in the past. He explained every document thoroughly and made sure the price with warranty coverage was within my budget. He even taught me about the opportunity to refinance in a couple of years.
