Marianna was super welcoming and made me feel right at home. Frank worked hard to get me the best deal possible. His honesty and transparency were refreshing compared to other dealerships I visited and I felt confident I was getting the best value for my money. Justin’s knowledge of the cars was impressive. He took the time to show me everything thoroughly, making sure I was comfortable with all the features of my new vehicle. The team was open and honest, providing clear information and excellent customer service every step of the way. The dealership itself was clean and well-organized. I was able to work with Frank Crinite and he laid out the red carpet for us. I came with a laundry list of needs for 3 kids in car seats and he was able to put me in a new 2024 Odyssey in both the price point and timeline I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying process. We were met with kindness and ease from the manager to the mechanics who set up my car.
