Been dealing with Viti for over 30 years, I have never had a problem with them. Service Advisor Russel Machado is very professional and will make sure you are satisfied with the service. They pick up your car for service and give you a loaner for your use. The delivery crew is great and very polite. When your car is returned from service everything is perfect and car is spotless inside and out.

I bought my van from Viti and even though there are several Mercedes dealerships closer to home I wouldn't take it anywhere else for service. They're so easy to contact by email or phone, often returning my messages within 20 minutes. During the time my truck is in their shop they send me frequent updates and answer my questions immediately. Their prices are quite reasonable and I never worry that a job is being done incorrectly or by someone with insufficient skill. I highly recommend them.

Jon Lehane is the best salesman. I called the dealer in Southern California to inquire about the status of the CPO E63S. I was a pleasure dealing with Jon from day one through delivery as he was very patient and proactive in every situation. He answered all my questions and helped me communicate with the auto transportation company. I was so excited when the vehicle arrived. They also took over all paperwork for the DMV in two different states. Based on the overall experience, I highly recommend purchasing a car from them.
