I'll put the short version here if you don't feel like reading the specifics: this is the best car dealership I have ever used. I came to look at a car they had for sale, as I was unhappy with my recent car purchase (the seats just killed my back, nothing I tried helped.) They were absurdly friendly and accommodating; I never once felt rushed, pressured, or under any sort of obligation. The test drive went well and I was eager to move forward with the trade-in of my current car for the one I had driven, and the offer they gave after an inspection was significantly more than I was expecting. Unfortunately, as I had only recently bought it and paid off the loan, I didn't have the title yet. A LOT of nonsense followed; I found out my previous car's dealership had lost my title so I would need a new one, massively delaying my trade in. I eventually just bought the car with cash, and instead of having to bring a friend with me to pick it up (the dealership is 2 hours away from my house), they offered to let me drive my current car there and leave it so that I could save myself two trips with another person. They kept the car there until I finally obtained a replacement title, literally a month later, and completed the sale. Throughout this process, they were unfailingly polite and communicative, and did everything they possibly could to streamline my visits. I couldn't be happier with my new car, and I truly, honestly cannot recommend this dealership highly enough.
I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED MY PURCHASING EXPERIENCE HERE! I was in desperate need of a reliable vehicle! Jeff and Derek were so helpful and timely in their response to me. I’m thankful I came across them! Reviews are everything, so when I saw the ratings and people’s kind words about them, I had to check them out! I went on their site and saw a silver RAV4, knowing that I really wanted the deep teal blue color. I inquired about the silver one. Then, God led me to search their site some more and there it was! The 2017 RAV4 in Galactic Aqua Mica, with low mileage! I searched high and low for a reasonably priced car and I was even going to settle with getting a newer sedan, knowing that I really desired this specific SUV. I’m so happy with my decision and I’m grateful for non-pushy car salesman! They even put new tires on there for me. They made it easy for me and thankfully, they offer registering your car in CT. The DMV took a while to register the vehicle for me due to the pandemic, but Jeff made sure to keep me posted and updated on the DMV’s responses. Thank you guys! The drive to test drive the car was worth it and my mom & I’s Amtrak ticket + Lyft ride was worth it to pick the car up! I’m going to recommend you to anyone searching for a new, reasonably priced car!
Great place, take my two vehicles and my parent's three here for all maintenance and repairs. Rob is excellent both running the service department and working on the cars. Knowledgeable, fair, and doesn't suggest big money fixes when they won't for sure work or a better option exists. Example - abs engages on my car at 12 mph or lower. Annoying, but not a safety issue. $800 for a used ECU, $400 ABS module, or $90 for the wheel speed sensor, all while gambling on which one is the actual problem, while also being unsure if the new part will have the same issue. His fix - Remove the fuse for spring, summer, fall, no annoying low speed ABS engagement when it's not really needed. Allow extra space in the rain. Put it back in when the snow starts flying and ABS matters. Cost: $0. Might even buy a car from here when I get rid of my 01 Continental.
