As a first time, young, female car buyer, i was very apprehensive walking into a car dealership. I wanted to wait for my dad to be able to come with but they had the car I wanted for a great price and I didn’t want to take the chance on it being sold. When I got there, the car was even better than expected, very low miles, excellent condition, and the best price i could find in the DFW area. As soon as i got there Justin made me feel very welcome and my mother and I felt very comfortable dealing with him immediately. He was very informative when showing us the features of the car and very patient with all of our questions. After him we dealt with Sam who was very courteous and professional. He explained the finance agreement very well and got us a much better interest rate than we expected. I give European Motors 5 stars and will recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.
Sam and Justin made the car buying process so quick and painless. We went to many dealerships today, but we ended up coming back here because how good the staff is. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here as it was the easiest experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle.
Buying a car is not only a daunting task, but a huge financial decision and it’s easy to get overwhelmed. The entire staff at European Motors ensures a smooth and stress free experience from test driving to financing. They aren’t any pushy salesman trying to upsell you or coerce you into a different vehicle, which is a nice breath of fresh air. The dealership itself has a wide variety of vehicles, not limited to luxury cars. When you walk in the front doors, you’re greeted by professional and knowledgeable salesman. The finance department is easy to work with and thoroughly go over all options for services you may want to add while buying your car. It is a very welcoming environment, unlike many other dealerships I’ve been to. You don’t feel like just a number when you walk in there and they actually take the time to get to know their clients during the whole process. I cannot say enough positive things about the whole team at European Motors! If you’re looking for a new car I would definitely recommend them.
