I live in Charlotte but working with Ben and Tori over text and email they seamlessly took care of everything and I was at the dealership 2 days later to take delivery. I had an ongoing issue with my 22 Defender and it landed me at Land Rover Gulf Coast while trying to get home to Florida. Kevin Busby was a great service advisor getting me all the information I needed from getting in touch with the corporate office to getting m vehicle shipped back to me in Florida. He had the porter, Jessica get me over to the rental car company so we could continue our journey. The service was awesome and if I lived closer, I would definitely have my car serviced there.
