2019 Land Rover Range Rover 3.0 HSE

Customer service was excellent. I wasn’t pressured into any vehicles that I did not want. I was not pressured into a contract , I was never directed to a car that I didn’t have interest in. Once I arrived at hot deals auto I was greeted, I was immediately shown the car that I was interested in and to it for a test drive. There was no haggling of prices since the car was already priced reasonably. There were no added fees at the end of the contract, and there were options for extended warranty. I was in and out within a three hour time span. It is a family owned Dealership and the sense of community and care was prevalent and appreciated. I would definitely do business with this auto dealership again as well as recommended to others.

The level of care to insure that I stayed where I needed to be was the first thing I noticed about the team at Hot Deals. The patience they had for me and the process is unmatched. Hot Deals was not only a great experience they have an amazing selection of cars,trucks, and SUV’s. Not only did I buy an Audi A3 , but I have a friend for life. He genuinely has my best interest. The car was priced right, so right that he got me financed through a credit union. My credit wasn’t great, but it was fair. My sales consultant went above and beyond and his name is Luis Reyes.
