This dealership and the people that work there are absolute gems! We are so lucky to have found this dealer to take care of my car after having horrendous experiences with Knaus Land Rover.. At this location they are knowledgeable, caring, helpful and go above and beyond! Wish we would have found them a long time ago but so glad we have. My experience at Land Rover Northfield was as good as it gets for buying a car. My salesperson Danny was friendly, polite, knowledge and patient. He never pressured me so I could take my time to make sure I purchased the vehicle that met mine and my family’s needs. And when it came time to purchase, Danny had all the documents ready to go so the whole process took less than 30 minutes. I highly value my time so kudos to Danny for his efficiency and overall great service.

I bought a Range Rover Sport recently from this dealership. I always had a misconception about car dealerships that they scam a lot.. but the northfield JLR dealership proved me wrong. They provided honest guidance and excellent service. Ballard Holdren was my sales contact, he is the best. He really listens to our need and guided me genuinely. He checks in time to time and ensures I am doing well and enjoying my purchase. He puts customer experience as his top priority. Ethan from technical team has been excellent as well. I would buy here again if I can deal with Ballard. The dealership doesn’t do any markup prices or additional overhead costs. Their service is great as well. Totally satisfied with the overall experience. Excellent place to buy your car, highly recommended. Again, Ballard Holdern is the best salesman that I’ve ever worked with.
