2023 Land Rover Discovery S R Dynamic

Carrie was absolutely amazing! I showed up on the wrong day of my appointment like a goober ????. She was able to get my vehicle serviced, and provided me a loaner vehicle. The staff there are personable and friendly.

I would like to start by saying I am in the automotive business also. I called a few weeks ago about my wife’s Bmw X3 M40i brakes squeaking very loud and an absurd loud noise , we made the appointment I showed up they tried cleaning the brakes and pads and rotors in a timely manner that day. So they were done shortly about 2 hours from start to finish. I drove back to foley al which is about a hour in half away and noticed the noise was back that afternoon. So I called and made arrangements to bring the car back the had a very nice loaner to give me while the car was threw a few days later the service advisor called and emailed me what he had be replaced by bmw service I said ok great when we picked up wife’s suv it was cleaned she was met by the service advisor very nice gentleman and the service manger was also very polite and very interested in if she was happy with there service and the answer was yes very pleased and will tell many of our friends and we will come back , thanks again for the great service that we received!! That’s the car at our house.

Got a great deal on a 2024 i7 xDrive60. I was treated with dignity and respect from beginning to the end…and after I had already taken the vehicle. I highly recommend BMW of Mobile to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I drove 7 hours to get my vehicle because I was so impressed with the customer service. I worked mostly with Arthur Gladwin and Marianne Castleberry and they were super professional and extremely awesome. I will be a repeat customer.
