Service was preformed perfect, car wash was good but not great, they missed getting front windshield clean and left all the chrome and wheel with deep water spots, both times with dropped off and picked up had to wait as my service writer not there, someone had to take care of it. My vehicle was serviced and ready on time, I would use service again buy may choose another service writer when coming back, I would ask that they do a better job on washing your vehicle as mine had no water spots when I dropped it off and had to spend 30 minute finishing cleaning up truck after midway had washed it

I have had 3 occasions to use Midway Nissan Service Department and Jacob has been my service coordinator each time. Jacob has been absolutely fantastic. He is polite, very knowledgeable and shows great concern for what needs to be done. A wonderful young person to work with.

Kyle Hammontree was my advisor and provided great customer service. I didn't have an appt. when I came to the dealership, but Kyle got me in and out, faster than I expected. He was able to order the part needed to fix my card door and it was repaired the very next day! The best part of my experience was that my warranty covered all expenses! I highly recommend Nissan Services and will DEFINITELY be calling on Kyle in the future! :)
