2016 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque SE

Been searching for this coupe for three months but couldn’t find the perfect thing for such a good price and Audi quality without this place, walked up and already had people walking outside to help. Work was being done in the shop. Not too many cars but there’s variety. I was given good advice for questions and things I found “wrong” with my vehicle (for example my key battery died so I was advised to charge it by inserting into car). Honest direct & helpful, thank you for great service:) reading these reviews, now I’ll probably call this place first if there’s an issue with my car. My experience was not bad at all, the best and worst cars are in every auto industry so make sure you thoroughly inspect at every auto store guys

Found the car I purchased online and contacted Francisco at Mercy Auto Center. Francisco was very relaxed, no pressure an assured me the vehicle was in excellent condition. He also asked if I had a car to trade in. He gave me an offer to trade-in my car and offered financing with online application! So easy! Drove to him in Sacramento and he held the car for me! Very easy transaction and very honest and easygoing service. Will check Mercy inventory when I need my next car!

Recently purchased an older truck from this dealership. Both the owner and his son/partner were great to work with. Although not as cheap as I had hoped, the vehicle was in excellent condition and well worth the trip to Sacramento.
