I own 2024 Accord hybrid and took it in for a basic maintenance and system update. The basic maintenance part was done quickly within an hour but the system update part took a long time unfortunately. However, the service advisor, Kathy was periodically checking the status and notifying me was very helpful and professional. In spite of a scary moment I might have to leave my car to let the system update doing its work, finally it was done at 2 hours mark. Kathy and the technician were so very nice and pleasant. The inside was nice, clean, and good vibes with espresso machine! I am glad I bought my car there and will continue to get my service in the future for sure!

It was my first time buying a car at a dealership. My experience at this location was smooth and simple. The salesman, Abner, is a very cool person who is straight to the point and doesn’t put any pressure on you. He is the type of person that would want to make your experience as easy and comfortable as possible. The finance guy was also easygoing as well. Overall, my experience was great!
