About a month ago my wife’s Jag broke down and we had to have it towed to Jaguar Richmond. Around the same time my dad passed away and I didn’t have time or the focus to make the 2 hour drive to Richmond. Lance gave me a call and I explained my loss, we had a heartfelt conversation about loosing our father. Lance took over the car issue for me and kept me informed throughout the whole process and the mechanic team fixed the problem. It took another 2 weeks before I could pick it up.
