The service department here hands down is amazing. I called today and asked to schedule an oil change, I even sarcastically mentioned I’m in Visalia and can come by today if they have time. He said bring it on in after lunch and we’ll get you in! And I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of and something about his tone just makes me feel comfortable.

So happy we have a BMW in Visalia and we don't have to go to Fresno for everything for our car, But... The service is not the best! Experience has so many legs and when you own a Beemer you believe that you are driving a luxury car so your service experience should feel luxury as well! The appeal of the service department and dealership her alone is lack luster and then the way in which time is wasted during service makes matter worse! Not the best experiences in this dealership, but it's in Visalia!
