I purchased a used BMW from Land Rover of San Diego and my experience was excellent. Started with a phone conversation with Patrick and appointment with Ernesto. There were some concerns about a few things with the vehicle and sales manager Ryan sorted everything out and was extremely understanding. Andrew in finance was thorough and explained everything properly. After delivery I had to drop off the car for spare key and some other issues and was greeted by Ernesto again with a loaner car for the time being. Big thanks and shout out to these guys for going above and beyond with my purchase. This is not a typical dealership, you won’t be disappointed!! Ask for Ernesto!!
