Afonso, my service advisor, was surprised that my visit for the rear-camera recall was labeled as "waiter", which I requested when I made my appointment. He said these types of appointments are usually drop off or loaner-types. He said it may take 3 hours or longer and also said he'd do his best to complete it earlier. Less than 2 hours later, it was done. In addition to that fantastic service, I got to my sparkling -clean car, inside and out. Superb service with kind, friendly, extremely efficient team members. Thank you!
