Kevin has been my service advisor since I got my car. Kevin is great at keeping me updated on the service of my car. He only offers me what I need. Kevin is like a dad to me. He’ll get on me when he needs to, because sometimes I don’t pay attention to my car. I love Kevin and I’ll be a customer as long as he’s there. I would 100% refer anyone to get a car from Jaguar SW. they have a variety of the best snacks, coffee, water, and they even have two massage chairs that you can use for free. I have yet to have a bad experience. And you can’t beat a free car wash after your service.

My car had to be serviced and my experience at Land Rover Southwest was my best experience ever going to a car dealership. My service advisor Natalie P was amazing from start to finish. Great customer service and very polite! Not to mention the other service reps asking me did I need assistance soon as I got there. Because of (Natalie P) I never wanna go to another dealership ever! Wish I could give her 10 stars!!!!

Steven worked with us to find the right car. He went out his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Steven took care of of a warranty issue to ensure the car was perfect upon pick up.
