I recently had a fantastic experience David B. in the service department. I visited for repairs covered by my extended warranty, and I am pleased to say that I paid nothing out of pocket. In fact, the extended warranty I had purchased covered the entire cost of the repairs. David and the staff in the repair department were professional, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service. They were efficient in diagnosing the issue with my car and completing the repairs in a timely manner. I was kept informed throughout the process and felt confident that my car was in good hands. I bought at a different dealership but after my most recent experience, this dealership has my loyalty for life! I pulled in after 6pm with a flat tire on my 2020 Range Rover and my roadside had expired (bought in 2019). Unfortunately all the service techs had already left but Sales Manager Mark V personally changed my tire and saved the day! He and everyone I interacted with were so kind and helpful, I will be scheduling my next service here!

Updated review to include a recent Land Rover service experience and my prior purchase experience for the Land Rover sales department - Land Rover service: In Feb 2024 I had a service appointment with Rodrigo for a washer fluid top off, window delay issue, front plate install, and tire pressure check. The experience was great, the team was welcoming and communicative, and they kept me updated on service progress + covered in detail what was done. They also did their best to provide a ride-share Lyft service from the service appointment and back. For the purchase in 2021: Before Land Rover, I purchased from Lexus and Audi - both were great experiences, but Matt and Mark at Howard Orloff JLR went above and beyond for our experience. When we first walked into the dealership Matt immediately offered to assist us in our early stage search. He was extremely knowledgeable, and personable, and made our interaction truly enjoyable. It was a very chilly day in Chicago and he walked us around the vehicle to show us the features and offered the test drive experience. We never felt pressured to make a decision, but more so informed by a true luxury vehicle consultant. I will admit, that the Velar is a pretty easy sell, but Matt made the process even more enjoyable. Once we got to finance, we worked with Mark and he was equally impressed with his approach in explaining the process, walking through additional packages (not pushy), and addressing any questions or concerns we had. This was an outstanding experience and I'd recommend this team to anyone!
