2023 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque R-Dynamic SE

I highly recommend purchasing from Auto Giants Mitsubishi! Deondrea was out salesman and he is absolutely amazing. The customer service and treatment throughout our numerous visits is top-tier. We first visited after scouting numerous other dealerships (most of which where we were either ignored or treated horribly). This location was such a refreshing change of pace - we were greeted immediately and literally shown the red carpet treatment, even while very obviously just "window shopping." We were not hassled to come back like a lot of others do. When ready to purchase we made it a priority to come back and see Deondrea. The office space is nice, everyone you interact with treats you like a priority and with the best customer service, and they facilitate a quick/easy transaction. I definitely recommend stopping by.

Chris was awesome and made selling my car quick and easy, but also fair! He brought me along to inspect the car and explained his reasonings for scoring each part. His transparency assured me that I was going to receive a fair offer, and even after explaining all the numbers to me, he also advocated for me to get a higher offer successfully.

What can I say about this dealership? Words can not compare to the experience I had with Charles and the staff here. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and WANTED! Customer service is a 10/10. Charles walked me through everything from beginning to end, he stopped and made sure I understood what he was saying and the process and truly gave me a stress free and fun experience. Now I’m driving off in my beautiful new car and I will be back!
