He was always there to answer any questions I had, he kept me updated on the process and was always so courteous when I randomly popped up at the dealership....as I was so anxious for my vehicle to arrive. In regards to the financing and the overall process...Corey (Sales Manager) always came to the showroom floor to make his presence known and to make sure I was happy with the process. He was also there to answer any questions that I had. He kept me enthusiastic and excited about the arrival of my vehicle. He guaranteed me it would be worth the wait and it definitely was. Carmen handled my financing paperwork and the purchase of warranty and insurance items. She asked detailed questions and made sure that I understand how each product would be beneficial to me. She did not push me to purchase items I didn't need. She made sure I purchased items that would be beneficial to my individual situation. She did a great job. She was personable and pleasant. I definitely had no buyer’s remorse. This dealership has earned my future business and referrals to friends and family.
I had never visited a Land Rover showroom nor had I bought a brand new car in my life, so this was a big deal. After meeting the sales rep, Trevor, and telling him my interest in the RRS, he said it would be a 10mo wait. Of course I was dejected. But then he texted the next day to say "a client had backed out of buying his RRS" and would I like to come see it? Well, in short, I jumped on it and love it. It's amazing the feeling of buying a brand new car with only 11mi on it! Carmen in finance went over all of the warranty options patiently. It was late on a Thursday when I picked up the car but another rep, Josh, stayed well into the evening to make sure I was comfortable enough with the car before I left the showroom. I now consider Land Rover Houston new friends.
