After only a couple of weeks of purchasing my vehicle my brakes began to squeal. I had several visits to the Service Dept. but unfortunately the cause of the problem could not be identified so ultimately my rotors, calipers and brake pads were replaced under warranty. I was very impressed with the individualized attention given from Ben who genuinely cared to help me resolve my problem and put a lot of hours into my car trying to do so. Miranda also stayed in constant contact with me and ensured anytime I had a scheduled visit that either a shuttle ride was arranged for me or a loaner car was available. I couldn’t be more happy with the purchase of my car and the recent work I had completed. I've always had the best experience at the Appleton location. Everyone is always very friendly and professional. Not to mention the utmost care and concern for handling my 430. Hands down a great place filled to the brim with great people and great service. Cannot recommend enough. :)
