2023 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque R-Dynamic SE

My husband and I just purchased a pre-owned car from Paul Sevag Motors Inc. which is a family owned business. We bought our first car from them in 2010 and had a great experience. We returned because their customer service and professionalism is phenomenal! Phillip was extremely helpful with all aspects of the purchase. Paul, Jeff and Phillip are very easy to work with, fair and honest as well as very personable. Their attention to every detail is important to them and they will go the extra mile to help with the car buying process. Their selection of cars is excellent and they will even search for a specific car to suit your needs. They will also buy your old car as a trade-in. They only purchase cars that they can stand behind. Their website is vey informative and each car has photos of every aspect of the car. Phillip and Jeff were very patient answering all of our many questions about the car that we were interested in. If they didn’t know the answer, which was rare, they would find out. We never felt rushed while viewing the car and we took it for a long test drive. Our new car was cleaned to perfection, in fantastic condition and looked like it just came from the factory! There is no hard sell or pressure to purchase like there is at car dealerships. It’s all very casual which is such a relief. Our new car had to be registered in another state and Phillip took care of the transaction. We have stopped in over the years if we see an interesting car and Phillip spends time with us. He always remembers who we are which is so nice! We would highly recommend Paul Sevag Motors Inc. for your car purchasing needs. I actually enjoyed my car buying experience with Paul Sevag Motors. The vehicle was spotless. The price was great. The customer service was better than I have received just about anywhere. I do not live in the area, so a lot of this was done over emails. Philip was always fast to reply and provided a detailed explanation to all of my questions. I felt they were kind, honest, and sincere. I would buy again from them without hesitation. I also sold them my previous vehicle and they made that easy as well. Highly recommend.

They know cars! And, they make sure you know their cars. I have purchased several cars from them — Audi 4 and Audi 6 and Passat Sel — and they made sure my purchases were my knowing choices. Sure, they made suggestions but they never pushed. Did I learn a lot? Yes. Was it worth my time? Yes. Were the choices good? They were excellent. I still have the Passat. (2013!) and it runs like new. Bravo Sevags. It’s a family operation.
