Absolutely everything about my recent (first) service for my 2023 Defender was perfect. Appointment booked same week I called, immediate greeting as soon as I arrived in the drive up service lane, fast friendly and efficient check in, really nice customer’s lounge, vehicle done ahead of schedule, quick check out, vehicle sparkling clean in and out when it was pulled up. Couldn’t get any better.
