Went in to look at a Velar and fell in love with it. AJ, Austin, and Tim were all helpful. We've since had a minor issue that they were able to resolve right away without any hassle. Land Rover Rocklin was beyond amazing! I really felt heard for the first time in forever. We sat down and talked about what I thought was wrong and then they went to work finding the issues. I had bought the car from an online dealership and I was concerned with the state I received it so with some inspection we found a leak, a very very original air filter and a tire sensor that was not working. We went for a test drive and throughout the whole process they were in communication about what was needed and what the timelines would be. The work ended up being fully covered by my limited warranty and I couldn’t be happier to have my peace of mind back. This dealership is amazing. I will be returning for all of my service work. It’s worth the 2 hour drive! And side note. D was my service advisor and she was the best! 5 stars guys.
