I have disliked the car buying experience all my life. This was the last car I was going to purchase and surprisingly, it was the best experience. The word that comes to mind when thinking of the Kelly team is "relaxed". No pressure. Our Sales Consultant, Jose Nunez, was courteous, engaging, focused. knowledgeable, and concerned with our needs and budget. He was very helpful in matching us with a vehicle that had the equipment that we wanted, and with an affordable price. I was pleased that when it came time to test drive the car, I declined, "Jose, we've had 5 previous models of this car, so I don't need to test drive another." Jose insisted and pointed out the significant changes in vehicle operation - such as the electronic paddle shifting. No more P,R,N,D,L selections on the console - it was push the stick up or pull the stick down to select a gear and push to the right for Park. Jose was right - I needed the test drive. Jose also came to the dealership on his day off to help me with some of the more sophisticated features of the car. I drove away, fully in command of my new car. Bravo and well done!
