2024 INEOS Grenadier Fieldmaster Edition

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Raul and Denise recently to purchase a vehicle and I never expected to receive such incredible customer service. When I arrived, Raul sat me down and gave a masterclass on how to effectively purchase a car, what to do to improve credit, and everything in between. He was informative, kind, and encouraging. They were able to purchase my older vehicle without any complications and they found a financial institution that would work with me, in spite of my low credit score. I was in complete shock the entire time, and when I was approved for a new Nissan Rogue, I was even more surprised. I’ve had a very tough year, and a rough previous year, but I truly believe I made the right choice coming to APR Auto Group, and purchasing this great car. I thank Raul and Denise (and Stella!) from the bottom of my heart, for giving me peace of mind in knowing I can travel safely with my daughter and our family in this gem of a vehicle. APR auto is ran by the kindest, most genuine people ever. Very honest and trustworthy. Got us into an amazing vehicle and when it got totaled by another driver they helped us get into another vehicle. They genuinely care about helping people and we will definitely go back to them in the future! They also have an amazingly adorable pup named Stella that enjoys greeting people. :)

I don't feel like 5 stars is enough !! If you have EVER felt your back against this wall we call life, THIS is your place ! EVERYTHING about the experience from beginning to end was HONESTLY the best !! Office is clean lobby is comfortable, & Raul and his wife are the best at what they do. Family oriented so they understand things sometimes happen. They constantly and consistently check on you to make sure you understand and agree with what they are doing next. Other car lots tell you to go have a seat and they disappear into bargaining offices without your input BUT NOT THIS ONE???????? no matter what your situation is, TRUST ME...Raul and his wife is the direction your footsteps should be ordered #IYKYK If they found a way to help my credit situation they can help ANYONE ???????????????? Can't wait to rebuild my credit as I pay this one off, & buy another one. I won't EVER buy from anyone else even if my credit was 800, I'm going back !
