If you want good service, ask for Cody. Actually, everyone there was so professional and courteous, and made me feel like a member of their family. I went looking for a specific vehicle and Cody assisted me and my wife to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. Cody was patient and answered any and all questions directly. We were able to leave today with the vehicle that I wanted, even though he had to search all of Don Franklin Nissan in the area. I absolutely love everything about Don Franklin. Cody is simply the best!! I have bought 3 cars from him. He goes above and beyond to find exactly what I want. He truly understands the financial issues associated with car buying. I recently had a car accident and needed a car soon. He had the car I requested delivered to my house for me to test drive because I was not able to get to Somerset. Amazing Service. Also the service department and the financial department are amazing.
