Billy was my service advisor during my latest visit to this dealership. He was very knowledgeable about my Ghost and maintained clear and personable communication while my vehicle was in his care; the service techs shared these qualities as well, providing understandable and honest information regarding what was being done to my vehicle - they had my best interests in mind the entire time.
