Dylan was super responsive and friendly. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase a vehicle here. 3 of the 4 vehicles I drove had something wrong with them. Dylan offered to make them all right, we were just unable to do so quickly. First Model 3 had a large crack on the windshield that wasn't present in any of the listing photos. He never mentioned this prior to the appointment. He offered to discount the price of the car, but not near enough to what it would've cost to replace. (~$600 off, would cost $1k+) Second Model 3 needed the restraint system serviced, and a ticket hadn't even been put in for it. I got it after an employee had driven it to pick something up, so unsure of how the team wasn't aware. No AP or cruise could be used on the car until this was fixed. Dylan did get it scheduled for service and showed me the quote. However, it was past my time frame. A Model S I drove had a bad passenger window regulator. Sounded atrocious. Dylan did offer to repair it and had someone ready to service it soon, but did not fit within my window. I was driving over 3 hours to the dealership, and Dylan did not tell me 1 of the 2 vehicles I was interested in had sold earlier that day until I arrived. The 2nd had damage not previously mentioned. They also offered me $2,700 for my truck. I sold it private party for $8,000 a few days later. I expect to see less as a trade in, but I was anticipating a respectful figure around $4-6k. Also, do not expect them to come down on the price at all. They do, however, process the used EV Credit at time of purchase off the price of the car which is nice. Overall, a very clean and fancy dealership. Communicative and friendly. However, the obvious flaws in some of the cars and lack of preparation or knowledge/communication of these, while maybe a fluke, was definitely concerning to me. For premium vehicles, I didn't expect multiple to have problems. For all its worth, I would give Dylan another shot in the future and hope the odds were better- he was a pleasure to work with. Hopefully my constructive criticism is of use.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! We worked with Dylan for the purchase of my sons first car and I have to say this was by far the most positive car buying experience I personally have EVER had. No gimmicks, straight forward and super quick! We found a 2020 Volkswagen Passat they had for sale online, we put a $500 deposit to hold it until we had time to come down. They held it for us and had everything ready to go when we came down. None of that sketchy stuff the major dealerships do like changing the numbers on you then acting like it was a simple human error. We were done in 30 minutes!
