Walked in looking just to see what my options were. I was met by multiple staff who treated me like I was family. All started by phone call after I filled out the application. Then text. My son and I broke down on a cross country trip. We were then side swiped by a tractor trailer while waiting for a tow. Courtesy Nissan was relatively close and instantly offered to help us. The staff we worked with including Brook, Blake and Michelle helped us through a difficult and traumatic time. Michelle went out of her way to help us feel supported. She took care of our third party warranty claim, provided constant communication to us on status, and really showed us a level of empathy that made our experience feel special. It really felt like there was nothing Michelle and the Courtesy team wouldn’t do to help us. I have never felt so much “love” from a team that we didn’t previously have a relationship with. My son and I felt like part of the Courtesy Nissan family. They are all just really great people. We now have our car back and it runs great. The cross country trip was a huge success, thanks to Michelle, Brook and Blake!
