2013 Rolls-Royce Ghost Ghost

Good buying experience with this higher end used car dealership. The sales people were courteous, patient and professional. They gave me room and time to checkout the Porsche Boxster S they have. Never pushy yet available for questions. I wasn't sure if they support PPI (pre-purchase inspection) with independent mechanics. Turns out they were happy to do so and delivered the car to Black Forest Automotives for a full day inspection. Buying process was smooth. The only negative experience I had with the purchase was it took 3 months before I got the license plate. I am not sure if there was paperwork hiccup on the dealership part or the DMV these days. All and all I have good buying experience and I would buy from them again.

We buy a lot of vehicles and have dealt with a lot of different dealerships. West Coast Motorcars is by far the best in the industry. They made the car buying experience seamless. Our car was waiting for us cleaned and ready to go when we walked through the doors. Ali treated us like he has known us for years, even though it was the first time we met face to face. He was humble and kind, and that is hard to find today, especially in the exotic car world. Thank you to Ali and West Coast Motorcars, we love our new ride and can't wait to buy another one from you!
