Exceptional experience. Even tho this is a small “mom and pop” dealer, the customer service was great. They picked me up from the airport and all I had to do was complete a few documents and within an hour I was back on the Florida Turnpike heading back to Ohio. Communication was exceptional and they even thru in a bag of Florida grown grapefruit and orange. Stellar all around and I’d buy from them again.

Paul, the owner, is a forthright man of his word. No shortcuts. When a problem occurred that he hadn't foreseen, he took responsibility and corrected it at his own cost (which was significant). I was referred to Top Auto by another individual who regularly buys his vehicles from them. After an extended search, we found what we were looking for (Porsche Macan) at Top Auto and Lana kindly answered every question and provided any information we asked her to provide. I flew down from Nashville, TN. and drove the Macan back home. The vehicle was in new condition and we’ve now owned it over (2) years without any problems whatsoever.
