Maurice was amazing and helped me work with a dealer who came up short on customer service. He even went to the dealer to make sure the paperwork/docs were in place. He constantly kept me in the loop on what was occurring with the deal so I was Informed. The signing of docs and process was very very easy. They focus on what's important for getting you approved.
