Truly exceptional Ferrari service — and even better people. I’ve had my GTC4Lusso serviced at multiple Ferrari dealerships across the country, but none have come close to the level of attention, communication, and care I received at Ferrari of Rancho Mirage. From the moment I arrived, Jason—my service advisor—treated me like a friend, not just a customer. He sent me regular updates, photos, and even videos so I always knew what was happening with my car. His communication was proactive and personal, and when things got complicated (rear axle and bushing issues followed by a sudden brake line failure), Jason handled it all with calm professionalism and made sure everything stayed on track. Gary, the service manager, went above and beyond. Not only was he directly involved and accessible, but he also encouraged me to join the local Ferrari Club, which ended up saving me money through discounts. His genuine enthusiasm for the brand and its community was infectious. Anthony in sales was also fantastic—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He coordinated my Saturday pickup (even though the service department was closed) and helped with transport logistics, making what could’ve been a stressful experience feel smooth and friendly. David Sanchez, the technician, clearly takes great pride in his work. I just completed an 1500+ mile trip after the service and the car drove flawlessly. After this experience, I don’t just trust this dealership—I feel like I’ve made real friendships here.
