Dealer's notes

Here is a really stunning looking Rolls-Royce Corniche convertible finished in the most gorgeous combination of Royal Blue (metallic) with biscuit tan Connolly hide interior and rich blue piping. The carpets are in matching tan Wilton wool accented with blue throughout with beautiful brand new Lambswool mouton overlays in Royal blue. A very, very handsome colour combination throughout. The twin fine lines to the waist-rails are hand-painted in light tan to match the interior. The Royal blue takes on a dramatic effect in strong sunlight but in evening and subdued light, transforms to a very formal quasi blue/black hue. Very nice indeed. The Rolls-Royce Corniche is powered by a 6.75 litre Rolls-Royce designed and built V8 engine with the Bosch fuel injecton system which provides ultra smooth touring. This example is very original in every detail with the exception of an aftermarket radio installed (which can easily be changed back to factory, or something more modern, if so desired). This one is a very clean example from California pretty much its whole life. The Carfax confirms all. She is a 3-owner example, regularly maintained by the last owner of some 25 years using it only for special weekend enjoyment. Hence the very low miles. Like all Park-Ward Motors cars, the car is being sold turn-key. It is subject to a unique process by us only, known as Predelivery Commissioning whereby every major and minor service is done, any preventative maintenance needed, attended to, and all operational features serviced as required; AC, seats, windows, roof etc. The process is a bit like late model cars when they are sold with a Certified Warranty. With Park-Ward, you get a true turn-key motor car. The paint finish on the car is simply stunning. Very deep in lustre and consistency. It was repainted at some stage and was a very high-end job in the original factory colour. She presents beautifully with a very high shine. Rubbers, mouldings, badges and external fittings are all in good condition. The interior matching Everflex convertible top is top condition with hardly any fading of the rear glass. The interior on this car is also very nice and original in presentation. The original leather shows beautifully showing off its true Connolly hide characteristics. They are super supple and soft. The door and rear quarter wood was redone prior to our acquisition and then all the dash and centre console redone by Park-Ward. As a result, it all presents stunningly as it is simply flawless and like new. Carpets, seats, dash, console, fixtures and fittings are truly excellent and I best encourage you to look at all the photos to fully appreciate how nicely the interior presents. The factory set of lambswool mouton overlay rugs highlight the interior adorably. The car is of very high standard and is an easy 10 out of 10 driver rating. She is indeed an exquisitely beautiful example of the Corniche series in its stunning Royal Blue coach work and with only few, in this very fine condition, remaining these days. Read More

Rodd Sala is the definition of a gentleman and a true master of his craft. I was extremely fortunate to purchase my first vintage Rolls-Royce from him and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. I can’t recommend Rodd and Park-Ward Motors any more strongly. If you are in the market for a vintage Rolls-Royce or Bentley you have found the absolute perfect place!

I bought a Silver Shadow that had been neglected for years (not from Park-Ward!), and on my quest to recommission it I came across PWM. Rodd and his team are so knowledgeable and helpful. They invited me to their shop to see some of their work, gave me plenty of free advice and supplied parts and rebuild services for things like accumulators and control valves at a very reasonable cost. Whenever I need parts or troubleshooting advice, PWM is the first place I call. They rebuilt the heads for my shadow and did a MAGNIFICENT job. I was never so happy to pay a service bill in my life. Hard to find honest, reliable, reasonably priced services for these cars. PWM checks all of those boxes every time. If you have never been in their showroom and you like Roll-Royce/Bentley Motorcars, you are really missing out!
