Typically, when you get to the final stage of a car deal, the manager tries to negotiate hard and gives you bullish reasoning to take their deal. Amber was nice, attentive, and quickly came up with a compromise on the final number. This visit was amazing! I brought my car in hoping that it would not take all day because this was the weekend before the kids started school so I had several errands to run. They gave me a loaner without hesitation and I was able to complete all of my errands! They fixed my car and now all is well! I really like this dealership and I am looking forward to a long standing relationship.
