Aftermarket department was top notch. Mark Jorgensen and staff did a great job getting replacement tires for our vehicle and his timeliness with getting parts in was fantastic. I bought a car long distance from Bentley Omaha. Preston was the best salesman I have ever worked with. He was able to set up the financing without any surprises or hidden fees. Never once was I questioning anything they were doing, they are honest and upfront about everything. He successfully and promptly arranged shipping for the vehicle, which arrived in perfect condition. Taxes tags and title all went without a hitch and showed up within 3 weeks of the purchase. His attention to detail was exquisite and he always promptly responded to me and communicated with me throughout the whole process. He was able to make me feel comfortable buying a car I never saw for myself over 1000 miles away. I can not recommend Bentley Omaha enough. And for good measure, I briefly dealt with Adam thought the process and he was awesome as well. Whoever is reading this, rest assured, you're in great hands.

This is my second service experience with Bentley Omaha. Once again, these guys impress! It is not often I find myself posting a review every time I have a transaction with an organization. I bought a GT350R from their Ford store with some special service requirements (carbon fiber wheels @ 7k a piece). Mark and his service team (thanks Oscar!) and anyone else we dealt with couldn’t have been more transparent and considerate with the car. Trusting a tire swap that could result in almost 30k in liability and issues is a tough pill to swallow, but these guys handled it with grace and care as I expected. This is the only place that will touch my car for services I’m unable to perform on the car myself. Thanks again for the incredible service and see you next time! -Steve
