Chris earned my trust as a smart, fair and honest provider of service at this dealership. I felt I was treated fairly and with respect through the whole process. The delays in getting my car back are really not under his control. Some delays were extended warranty issues and some were just a lack of service technicians for Alpha Romeo cars in general. At this time I would warn anyone against having one of these great cars as your only car. That said, I would definitely recommend this dealership and Chris for servicing your Alpha.
