Went to this dealer to look at the Lyriq electric car. Erik was our sales person. We had a great experience and Erik gave us a good amount of information about the car features. I was undecided about the Lyriq and color choice but Erik tracked down every option I asked for and negotiated a great price. I’m sad to say that I ultimately chose a different electric car but not due to anything Erik did or didn’t do. He was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. If you are in the market for a Cadillac, please give Erik and try.
This is the first time taking my escalade to this dealership. I needed 4 new tires and they had them in stock. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. The service is impeccable. All around a great experience. I rarely ever rate places on here but this is well deserved. Review Updated after posting this review. As I was admiring the Rolls-Royce in the photo I posted a gentleman (Unfortunately I forgot his name and I dont know his job title at Steve Foley) was walking by and asked if I was being taken care of. I told him that I was just checking out the cars while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. I asked a question and told him I could only imagine how nice it would be to drive with all of the luxurious features on it. He knew I couldn't afford it but took about 10 min out of his day to show me the features he liked and even let me sit in it. It wasn't anything to him but it made my day. I just think he deserves recognition for treating me like he would a person that could afford it. One person's name i do remember is Harvey the service specialist. He was awesome. All customer service representatives should be like the Steve Foley team.
