Browsing the Exclusive Automotive Group for my daughters first car, I had a great experience. The process was effortless and easy. The hospitality by the sales representatives made it feel as if I was being offered solutions instead of products of a sale. From a conversational perspective, I was being heard instead of sold. Purchased a 260,000$ car from this dealership, and I wish salesman Tate was on top of his job. Other than that the team handled the process well, especially, Trevor who helped me with the registration process during my travels. Another great person in their company is Susan, who was very diligent and attentive throughout the process.
