2001 Bentley Arnage Red Label

I recently visited Legend Auto to purchase a bigger vehicle for my wife and 6 kids. We worked with Anthony, told him what we needed and he was able to help us get everything that we asked for. The service was exceptional and from the moment we arrived, there was nothing but smiles, friendliness, and lots of laughs throughout the entire process. Normally, reps from dealerships are super serious and it becomes a dry and pushy process but Anthony and the rest of the people that worked there made it enjoyable for not just myself but my family. He was patient, listened to everything my wife and I asked for, and helped us get a really great deal. I would highly recommend getting a vehicle from them. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Recently purchased a 2018 Forester from Legend - professional, polite, down to earth service. I'd gone to a few dealers over the last few weeks and decided that the service couldn't be beat! Carlos helped all the way through the process, patiently letting me sit in about 20 or so SUVs trying to find the best match to my needs. Came in Thursday and asked for Carlos, took 2 test drives and was sold on the Forester! Thank you so much for all the help and patience! Really spot on with customer service. I came across Legend auto sales off of Autotrader searching for a used Tesla. As someone who drives 100-200 miles a day I found it tiresome going to the pump every other day, especially with gas prices rising exponentially. I called ahead and was answered by a live person, Bianca. She was polite and professional on the phone and then I was transferred to Abraham, the manager. I told them the car I was interested in and he moved it from Puyallup to Burien to be closer to me at work. I found this very helpful. Bianca notified me of where the car was and where she was to meet me upon arrival at the dealership. I was greeted with a friendly disposition and she was ready to drive with me. I found her to be very organized and helpful. While test-driving the car I had many questions and Bianca had her manager Abraham test drive the car with me who was very knowledgeable on the car's features and how to work it. He showed me all the pros and cons to the car in an unbiased fashion. I found this extremely helpful and that he was looking out for my best interest. With enough information, I was able to make an informed decision upon purchasing the car. We negotiated APR, trade-in, and monthly payment over two hours with extensive questions. I found Abraham to be honest and truthful about all his responses and gave me realistic expectations. He did not try to pressure me into buying this car and printed up 15 different finance reports for my husband and I to consider. We were able to come to an agreement in a professional and respectful manner which I find foreign in today's car market. Since I am a woman I often feel taken advantage of in this sales market but I did not feel like that here. Bianca and Abraham helped put the rest of the sale together and I was able to walk out with a car that I love and respect for this business. She and Arthur helped me clean out my old car which they did not have to do but was incredibly nice. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. They believe in a friendly team environment and are a diamond in the rough.
