Great buying experience, love my First Edition Emira. Ron and the rest of the team made the transaction seamless and enjoyable. I am on the east coast of Florida with 3 Lotus dealers close to me but Naples Motorsports made the trip to the west coast completely worthwhile.
This is my review of Naples Motorsports I live in Texas so I was buying my Emira basically over phone, text and email. My sales professional was Ron Ward. Ron was a pro. He stuck with the deal even when it was dead in my head. His communication was perfect. He handled my trade long distance using pictures and texts. They bid it sight unseen and arranged to have a truck pick it up in Texas. He sent pictures and videos of the car that I was interested in. At the last minute I even changed cars from a yellow one to blue. He reworked the numbers and sent pictures and videos of the blue car. I flew from San Antonio to Florida and he sent a porter to pick me up sadly the porter got in a wreck on the way to the airport. Ron didnt leave me stranded He sent an uber to get me. When I arrived at the dealership the car was out front sitting in the Florida sun shiny and full of gas. It was perfect! Ron was there and greeted me. He took me into meet the manager Patrica she did a great job working hard to get a good bid on my trade. I was very pleased with the deal. I believe all parties won! I am happy to highly recommend Ron, Patrica and Naples Motor Sports! Outstanding Experince!
