I have nothing but praise to all the helpful and kind people at Merlin Auto Group. I had won this RX8 at an auction they held on BAT and the people here made everything as seamless as possible. I give special thanks to Ethan for being such a great and kind person to deal with. Every question I had was answered swiftly and thoroughly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Also the facility is incredible. The collection is like no other I've ever seen.

Merlin Auto Group doesn’t just service Ferrari’s. They have a master Porsche tech, Kellen Miller, on staff who worked his magic on my ‘95 911. I’ve owned the car 5 years and the alignment never felt quite right. I’ve taken it to a handful of shops over the years and no one could quite figure it out. Enter Kellen who quickly identified the issue, did the repairs and alignment. I mean he used to work for Porsche so needless to say, he knows his stuff. And you can tell he takes pride in his work. The car now drives straight as an arrow. I’m floored at how amazingly good the car feels now. It completely transformed the driving experience. Thank you Kellen!

I purchased a rare car out of state from Ethan at Merlin Auto Group. The experience exceeding my expecations - emails were prompt (often within an hour or two) and informative. The dealership was gracious and flexible in helping me with a quick transaction and car pickup - which was appreciated considering I had no previous purchase history with the dealer. The car's condition was exactly as described on delivery. Ethan and the whole Merlin team continued to be very supportive over phone and email with questions as I was learning the vehicle... and with service / parts issues. I would not hesitate to purchase any vehicle from Merlin, and I hope to have that opportunity in the future.
