I found a very cool 2015 M6 for sale and wanted an honest expert's opinion and help buying the car, if it checked out. Josh made a quick trip from Liberty Hill to Seattle to see the car in person. There is the Supercar fantasy, and then there is the Supercar reality. For those who, like me, love supercars, the fantasy part requires no explanation. Like opera, either this is your passion instantly, or it will never be so. You may come to appreciate it: but either it is part of your soul or it is not. But buying a Supercar is not the fun part. Dealers are not always honorable, and unless you have the time and expertise to properly inspect and assess a car, you may be in for a hard time. I have neither the time nor the expertise to properly assess an exotic car. I know what I want, but I needed an expert to help me both find it, and pay a reasonable price for it. That is how I came to be a client of Dan and NG Supercars. I first hired them for an hour, to help refine down the car I really wanted. I was so impressed with my initial call, I hired Dan to help me inspect and purchase a 2008 Ferrari 599. He flew out to Atlanta and inspected the car for me, making sure I knew all the details about this car. Then, he helped me both negotiate the price for the car (I am an attorney; I know many things, but the ins and outs of the Ferrari market is not one of them) and ship it from the Ferrari dealer to my driveway. All I had to do was tell Dan what I wanted, and why (trust me; why matters, as Dan helped me understand what I really wanted, not just what I thought I did) - and then wire Dan the money. He did all the paperwork and had the 599 delivered to my driveway in no time. The entire process was as easy as DoorDash delivering dinner. Knowing the car was looked over by an expert and enthusiast who worked for ME made all the difference. Dan did not get paid if I bought the car - so no commission incentive existed. I could not be happier with my Ferrari, and Dan and NG Supercars made this my best Christmas ever. When spending serious money on a serious exotic, hire a serious expert to protect yourself. The money I spent on Dan protected my investment, as a market and subject matter expert made sure I got the right car at the right price. Stress free. I cannot imagine buying a Supercar without an expert to advise me, and I will surely use Dan again for my next purchase.
