2022 Aston Martin Vantage 4.0 V8 Auto

Service and parts have unbelievable service. They are very hard working and eager to help. Sales not so much. I walked around for about 20mins while waiting for my car, not one salesman approached me. I guess the cars well themselves.

Stopped by on a whim to check out the lot on a Tuesday with my friend. Nobody helped as we probably looked like some kids. I was awed by this C63s that just came in. That’s when Ace exchanged one comment with me and everything changed. He said, “go ahead and take a look, it’s probably unlocked.” I appreciated his approach. Perfect demeanor while keeping personal boundaries, yet pushing just the right amount on the value of the car. True salesman. There was someone that beat me to the car by a literal 2 minutes, and was being wishy washy for 3 entire hours. I was gonna leave, but Ace stayed with me the entire time. The guy ultimately ended up not getting the car, Ace jumped on the opportunity right away and rest is history. So just wanted to write this review, I offered to write it because I heard it does help. Hope you get that G-wagon Ace! You the man, truly appreciated his enthusiasm, eagerness, passion and truth. He loves this job and I can tell. Nobody would’ve thought two kids would pull out in this whip if it wasn’t for him. ????

The car was at a great price. The Finance Manager was courteous and did not try to sell me additional items such as extended warranties and such as I was up front about not wanting them. That was much appreciated. My only complaint is that I paid cash for the car yet a hard credit pull was done even though I was not even entertaining using their financing. I was told after the fact that it was to verify my identity, but this should have been shared with me up front.
