Recently got a new car from Gravity, Robbie was super helpful. The team was able to get me out of the car I was upside down in and overall a smooth experience. It’s my first time owning a Tesla and Robbie has been cool enough to be available anytime, literally anytime, to answer questions about how to use the car haha.
