She had us laughing and we felt comfortable working with her. She allowed us ample time to make a decision and assisted us any way she could. Ashley understood our situation as it was a bit intimidating walking into a dealership with cars in the showroom valued at/above $500,000 when we were only looking for a sub $50,000 used car. She made us feel valued and welcome. Overall, great experience. Heny, the finance manager, and I spoke about numbers and he was very welcoming, talkative, and funny as well.
