Wow! Neil was the best..and not just cause of his great 1st name. He took time to explain everything and worked with me even when confronted with the "sales" manager LC who is the biggest A-hole on the planet Also the finance manager Tony was great. He did the paperwork for me...no financing..and didn't pressure me like lots of others would. I would buy from these guys again and recommend them but not trade a car here as long as they have that guy LC in charge of trades. I would talk to owner..Frank if I ever traded again and if he was out then ..just like I did this time..I paid cash for new car and he can buy the trade for more from a wholesaler or at the auction.
