I recently purchased a 2012 BMW 135i from here. I always have my guard up with dealerships and mechanics. Long story short, the salesman Sal, finance guy Joe, and everyone at this dealership went above and beyond, making the purchase of my car memorable. This dealership really stands out, and deserves recognition. I have good credit, but neither of my banks or Credit Union would finance the car I wanted due to its age. I told Sal that I probably would not purchase it because I doubted they could get me the interest rate that my Credit Union offered. To my surprise they were able to get me approved with the terms I wanted. There was a minor issue discovered the night I purchased the car (rain/light sensor). Sal told me not to worry and he would get it fixed. I had my doubts because the deal was already made, but they followed through on their word. They fixed it for me once the part came in, and I couldn't be happier with my car, or the service and communication I got from Sal, Joe, and the mechanic. Side note; If you see a car you want online, I suggest calling ahead and let them know you want to check it out. This is a fairly small lot with over 100 vehicles, and it may take a little time to get the car fully accessible. This lot is full of nice cars, mostly euros. What a different experience. Not your average dealer. Great communication, easy to work with and the after sale follow up is awesome. Would definitely recommend and would purchase from again... I flew in to this dealer for this purchase which is always risky but they made the process simple...
